M D A’s design offices are in Warsaw and Krakow within easy reach of both airports. They are fully integrated through ITC with the design offices in the UK; single projects sharing skills and knowledge, as necessary, permitting simultaneous design in both countries.
With their considerable understanding of planning and building law, M D A can be relied upon to advise companies considering inward investment into Poland and Eastern Europe. They are members of The British Polish Chamber of Commerce.
M D A have contributed to major due diligence in support of acquisition of large – scale retail and commercial properties in Poland and Russia, including St Petersburg and Moscow, the largest being a 112m2 retail development in Krakow, part acquired by Quinlan Private Golub.
